You can use "Camtasia Studio", so you need record a video and produce it like a GIF format, in the section "Produce video as..."

Oh!, well... i made that "animation"... i recorded that with "Camtasia Studio 7", it's a great tool to make videos or gif animations... i think i can be usefull for you.
