The usage of that verb is wrong. Suspend is used to things like "the X is suspended in the air", not sure if you can understand what kind of "suspender" I'm talking about.

When you want to tell that you failed the exam you can use the fail, or pass verbs, for example: "I failed the exam" "I didn't fail the exam", "I passed the exam" "I didn't pass the exam"

Yes, I know, the following laugh was for it, but in that moment I dind't know what verb I could use :P. But, yes, I understood you, thanks, really :).

So: I didn't fail any exam (well, I failed some, but I passed anyway).
